Yoga Classes – Styles
Active yoga classes are fast paced and fitness oriented with cardio HIIT bursts. A reasonable level of physical agility is advisable. There are pose options for newbies to yoga. Ends with relaxation – Shavasana. Active classes include – Power Yoga and Yoga Trapeze.
Gentle yoga classes are accessible to all. They are slower, with more emphasis on stretching, holding and deeper breathing. Lots of pose options to suit all fitness levels. Any loose clothing is fine. Gentle classes include – Basics Yoga, Slow Flow Yoga, Yin Yoga.
Active / Gentle Yoga
Combination class of both styles. Accessible whilst being dynamic. These classes are easy-going and fun, covering all levels of experience and fitness. Pose options to suit all levels and any movement restrictions. Active / Gentle classes include – Fit Flow Yoga.
Current Yoga Classes
Weekly class for all levels
- 6.30-7.30pm – Fit Flow Yoga – Active / Gentle style – Fun, fitness-oriented, vinyasa flow. Class is different each week to work all parts of the body and increase range of movement. Stretching and relaxation to finish. All ages and levels. Friendly, inclusive vibe. Warm space with low light and music.
Barts Hall, Broad St Orford Suffolk. Drop in, no booking needed, £5 per person.
Weekends and holidays
Weekend and holiday pop-ups for all levels – outside
- 9.30-10.30am – Slow Flow Yoga – Gentle style – meditation, calming breathing, deep stretching and grounding movement. Overlooking the sea / river / reeds with a sun view. Mainly seated / lying down. Go at your own pace, immersed in nature, whilst being gently guided.

Yoga Classes – Private Classes & Events
Affordable private classes are available for 1-1s, couples, families and groups. All levels, all ages and geared around your fitness and goals.
We also do Wine & Yoga events for hen parties and corporate days etc. We can arrange any other type of yoga event including other teachers, workshops and catering.

Our yoga classes are suitable for all levels of yoga experience from zero to hero and all ages are welcome (under 16s with an adult). All mats and props are supplied or feel free to bring your own mat and a water bottle if you wish.
