Yoga Classes – Styles
Active classes are fast paced and fitness oriented. Cardio HIIT bursts. A reasonable level of physical agility is advisable. Pose options for newbies to yoga. Ends with relaxation – Shavasana. Active classes include – Yoga Body and Yoga Trapeze.
Gentle classes are accessible to all. They are slower paced, with more emphasis on stretching, holding and deeper breathing. Pose options to suit all fitness levels. Any loose clothing is fine. Gentle classes include – Basics Yoga, Slow Flow Yoga, Yin Yoga.
Active / Gentle Yoga
A combination class of both styles. Accessible whilst being dynamic, these classes are easy-going and fun. Covering all levels of fitness, with pose options to suit any movement restrictions. Active / Gentle classes include – Fit Flow Yoga and Yoga Trapeze Basics / Foundations.

Private Classes & Events
Private classes are available for 1-1s, couples, families and groups – for all levels, all ages and geared around your fitness and goals.
1-1s & couples / families – £50 hour at your venue.
Corporate classes & groups – £75 hour at your venue.
Events & festivals etc – £100 hour at your venue.
Minimum 1 hour booking. 12 mats and props provided.
We also do Wine & Yoga events for hen parties and corporate days etc.
We can arrange any other type of yoga event including other teachers, workshops and catering.
